Any Firestik® or Road Pal® product that fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Warranty periods are as follows.
ANTENNAS, FIBERGLASS *** 5 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to Firestik, Firestik II, Firefly, RoadPal, and all other fiberglass antennas.
ACCESSORIES, STAINLESS STEEL *** 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to all stainless steel antenna mounts and accessories.
ALL OTHER ITEMS *** 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Applies to wire whip antennas, non-stainless steel mounts and accessories, coaxial cables, speakers.
*** EXEMPTIONS ***
Damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects, improper installation) are considered to be
avoidable circumstances and therefore, are not covered by this warranty.
