    Increase Transmit Signal Strength by adding this ground plane kit consisting of one Aluminum Hub and four 6 foot fiberglass antenna elements.

    Can be used with many antennas including:

In my humble opinion the A-99 is basically a modified J-pole type antenna (1/2 wave over a 1/4) and does not require any added ground plane radials.
